Sprint Goal Sprint Backlog Sprint Planning Example CSM

Sprint goal is not equal to the number of stories pulled into the sprint. Nor to complete every product backlog item that was pulled during Sprint Planning. Many team members hate and feel Scrum isn’t good because their manager ask them to commit on the product backlog items (that are still uncertain) and deliver all of them by end of sprint, resulting in team members working late night, weekends and more than 40 hours/week.

Sprint goal is a objective / direction in which team has to work together during the sprint to deliver one coherent function. Example of Sprint Goal for your reference.
